Bell Pepper Salad Dressing

Sweet and flavorsome! Add to any salad as a healthy dressing 

 

RECIPE

Preparation: 10 minutes | Cooking time: 15 minutes

 

  • ½  bell pepper

  • ½ cup plant milk

  • ½ tablespoon roasted garlic and mixed herbs

  • ½ tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

 

METHOD

Roast the bell pepper with spices , herbs and olive oil. Let cool. Blend all ingredients together, adding or reducing plant milk till desired consistency of dressing
