Bell Pepper Salad Dressing
Sweet and flavorsome! Add to any salad as a healthy dressing

½ bell pepper

½ cup plant milk

½ tablespoon roasted garlic and mixed herbs

½ tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon maple syrup
METHOD
Roast the bell pepper with spices , herbs and olive oil. Let cool. Blend all ingredients together, adding or reducing plant milk till desired consistency of dressing
