Butter Bean Green Curry

RECIPE

Preparation: 10 minutes | Cooking time: 15 minutes | Serves 3

  • 1 can coconut cream

  • 2 tablespoon green curry paste

  • 1 can butter beans

  • ½ cup edamame beans

  • ½ cup vegetables stock

  • ½ chilli

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

     

METHOD

Add legumes to a pan with olive oil and vegetable stock. Add green curry paste and chilli, then slowly add in coconut cream. Let simmer and serve with ciabatta or sourdough bread.
