Butter Bean Guacamole

This is a fiber friendly meal, with a host of both insoluble and soluble fiber for a healthy and happy tum. Nutritious and filling.

  • 150g butter beans 

  • 1 whole avocado

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt

  • 2 sourdough slices of bread

 

METHOD

Mash up the following ingredients with a fork till you have the desired consistency of guacamole. Add in vegetables of choice, such as red onion and tomato. Serve with Sauerkraut for a refreshing tang.
