Thick Chocolate Salted Caramel Pudding

1 can coconut cream

½ cup chocolate peanut butter

⅓ cup smooth peanut butter

3 strawberries

⅓ cup fresh blueberries

400g vegan chocolate

⅓ cup whole oats

⅓ cup cocoa
-
½ teaspoon guar gum

½ teaspoon salt
METHOD
Blend coconut cream, oats, salt chocolate peanut butter, guar gum and cocoa together and pour into the first section of your jar. Add in blueberries. Add a dollop of peanut butter to the centre. Add sliced strawberries on top. Melt the vegan chocolate over the stove, stirring regularly to make sure it doesn't burn, then pouring over the top. Let chill for 30 minutes before devouring.
