Tofu Buns

2 ciabatta buns

150g silken tofu
-
1 tablespoon cornflour
-
¼ garlic salt
-
1 handful kale
-
1 sliced radish
-
1 tablespoon vegan mayo
-
1 dash of olive oil (to cook tofu in)
METHOD
Great way to make your tofu crispy with some flavour. Massage the cornflour and garlic salt into tofu strips and pan fry till golden brown. Add other ingredients into the bun filling. Be sure to massage your kale in olive oil before using it for your filling so it is easier to digest.
