It includes an in-depth diagnostic review of your diet, lifestyle, symptoms, and medical history, followed by a personalised treatment plan with meal and lifestyle recommendations, high-quality supplement prescriptions, and optional functional testing. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an in-depth intake form via email. The more detailed your responses, the more accurate and tailored your treatment plan will be. This form explores your current diet, lifestyle, medical history, and any ongoing symptoms such as acne, anxiety, low libido, mood swings, heavy or painful periods, digestive issues, or irregular cycles. These symptoms are often signals of deeper imbalances within the body. I take the time to thoroughly assess your health and lifestyle to uncover the root causes. If you’ve been diagnosed with conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, hypothalamic amenorrhea, diabetes, or other hormonal, reproductive, or women’s health concerns, this service is designed to consider the interconnected nature of diet, stress, hormones, sleep, and environment. After reviewing your form, you may receive a few follow-up questions for clarification - please keep an eye on your inbox. We will then meet for a 1:1 consultation via Zoom, where I will walk you through your results, answer your questions, and provide clarity around your next steps. For ongoing support after your Full Health Analysis, you are welcome to book follow-up consultations directly through your client portal. These sessions allow us to review your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and continue working towards your long-term health goals. You will be invoiced following each consultation.
