I hold qualifications in Exercise & Lifestyle Science, Clinical Nutrition, Women’s Health, and Teaching, alongside further practitioner training in functional medicine, fertility, PCOS, endometriosis, nutrigenomics, epigenetics, gut health, diabetes, and hormone health.
I have spent over 10 years working clinically with women experiencing chronic health conditions, metabolic dysfunction, hormone imbalances, gut concerns, fatigue, fertility challenges, and complex symptoms often overlooked within conventional models of care.
My approach combines evidence-based nutrition, functional medicine, behaviour change, education, and personalised health investigation. I do not believe in rigid meal plans, fear-based wellness culture, or quick-fix transformations. Instead, I focus on helping women understand their physiology, build body literacy, improve their relationship with food and movement, and create sustainable habits that support long-term health outcomes. I became passionate about women’s health after seeing how many women were dismissed, misunderstood, or left feeling disconnected from their bodies.
That led me to further my education in female physiology, hormone health, gut health, and behavioural science so I could better support women through a more integrative and personalised lens. My coaching is highly hands-on, educational, and designed to help women feel empowered, informed, and supported while creating realistic and lasting change.

Having two young children I had found myself in a bit of a rut with eating for convenience and was lacking energy, confidence, and patience! In a little over 9 weeks of working with Sam I have noticed a significant change in my energy levels - I no longer hit the 3pm slump each day. My moods have improved, and I feel I have better mental clarity - no more brain fog. I never go hungry, and I love the different foods and flavour combinations I have been introduced to. I am thoroughly enjoying the vegetarian based plan and can honestly say I don't feel I'm missing out by not eating meat. It's long been a thought in the back of my mind on how to cut down my animal consumption and this has made it possible. Sam is passionate, knowledgeable and so encouraging. It's overall been an awesome experience so far on this plan and I'm excited to see what else I can continue to achieve!
